    I ordered concrete on April 7, 2023 from tech ready mix for my project I ordered 1.7 yards. For $538.65 and then poured the concrete on April 7, 2023 and then again on April 11, 2023 I was charged an additional. $557.50 and they claimed that this is their process and this will go back to my card in a few business days. I have never heard of a process like this and no other concrete companies do this in the they double charged my card, I would like my money back ASAP and a fee for my inconvenience of my account getting overdrawn.

    I looked through the credit card transaction history and did see that he was charged twice.  I do know that we had trouble running his card and he used two different cards because the first one kept getting rejected.  We have issued him a refund via Square (see below).  This should conclude this matter.ThanksJasonJason A.
