    I initially contacted FranVue in early July 2025 via a Contact us form on **************. I had recently opened a vending machine business and realized purchasing machines and a route from a franchise may propel my business favorably and allow me to bypass the usual hiccups that new businesses encounter. I received 2 emails from ******* ******* (founder) that went to my spam unknowingly. I hadn’t gotten any messages to my focused inbox so I called Mr. *****. After several attempts, he answers, I tell him that I’m interested in his franchise opportunity and he directs me to book a consultation call. I book the call, no one calls. I book another call, no one calls. I book over a dozen more calls and of course, no one called. In fact, they were all cancelled and I received email notifications for all of them. I began to think this business opportunity was illegitimate and was potentially scamming people out of thousands of dollars. If this is a legitimate business, I am simply asking for a moment of someone’s time to discuss acquiring the vending machine business posted on **********.

    This summer, we experienced an unusually high volume of interest in our franchise opportunities, which required us to temporarily pause taking on new clients so we could properly serve those already in process. Unfortunately, this pause overlapped with your outreach. We recognize that we did not communicate this clearly enough and apologize for the inconvenience it caused.

    It also appears that you scheduled consultations through our online calendar more than 22 times, sometimes multiple times in a single day. Because of this unusual activity, our scheduling system mistakenly flagged the requests as duplicates and automatically canceled them. We now understand you were making genuine attempts to connect, and we regret not identifying that sooner.

    Please be assured that FranVue is a legitimate and reputable franchise consulting firm. We take feedback like yours very seriously and are actively reviewing both our scheduling system and our communication processes to ensure that future prospective clients have a smoother experience.
