  This company only wants money. They will not answer general questions. I called (2/23/23 am) because my dog possibly ate poison so I wanted to know my options and what I should do. They refused to give me guidance or advice. The only thing they said was to bring my dog in for monitoring. It’s crazy that medical professionals can’t give advice on common things but instead insist that I go an extra long monetary route to benefit them in order to get some type of help. Clearly this company is more focused on money instead of the well being of animals. Makes me wonder why are they operating this type of business. Also the representative that answered the phone was rude and needs more training and personable skills. I’m sure many people don’t appreciate being told “I’m sorry you feel that way” in a passive aggressive way. No need to apologize for my feelings. She should had apologized for not helping and for the lack of care.

  Horrible experience. Let my sweet dog loose while there for spay. Called us at 8:30 pm after dark saying Mia got loose and the four of us came to look for her. We spent hours looking and calling on our own. They have no fencing!!! Untrained and unprofessional staff. They left us in parking lot and went home. We spent 8 excruciating days trying to get our Mia back and finding resources to help us. Noah’s Ark was worthless in terms of help and support. She was so scared, cold, hungry and out of her mind with panic and was hit by a car and killed on I71 on day eight. This has been beyond devastating and it is criminal they do not provide safe outdoor or indoor elimination area. Too cheap!! They don’t care or that would be minimum requirement upon opening any clinic and they now have five locations, unfenced. Check reviews and practices to see who provides the minimum of care and don’t let this happen to your pet or family. Totally avoidable, ignorant, inferior practice, untrained staff and lied about what happened. Please check out reviews and facilities that provide appropriate safety provisions. Don’t trust they all do. Many do not. You don’t know when your pet may need overnight care or surgery. Never, ever go to a clinic that does not have minimum safety precautions in place.

  I have been coming here for years with my dogs. So today like usual I called to see if if I can get my dog some ear RX called in. I did online waitlist and at 8:15 we was number #** in line. I was moved to #3 at approx 12:30 but I was running late due to my other dog got out. So I called to let them know that I was running a little late but Im on my way. I arrived within 10 mins, we waited in a room for over an hour before I was fed up and went to the front desk. The rude *** staff like as always stated that night shifts doctors just got here and it should move more quickly now. Mind you my dog has bad anxiety and I had an prior appointment. So another hour passed by and then I was told their were 2 emergencies that came in, Im like why wasnt I told that an hour ago. I was then told that if I wanted to leave and come back I could. Why In the **** would I leave when I been here for over 2 hours. The staff is rude as **** they dont smile or greet you when you enter and Im just fed up. I can and will take my dogs elsewhere to be treated like that here. They dont apologize for their mishaps of no kind. So No I will not bring my dogs here again and I will also follow up with the owner Mr. **** through email. The prices are rediculous and they charge for everything. I feel I/ we can get better care somewhere else.
