    At 7am this morning my insurance company booked my tow with My Express Towing. I was told wait was up to 105 mins. I never received a call. My 105 mins plus additional 20 mins had passed. Progressive texted me asking if they arrived and I said no and they don't answer the phone. They sent me another tow company and I finally got a tow and to work. How can they just not come or call. I highly recommend not using them!
