5 starsJeff takes his job very seriously. He is both personable and a professional. He always rings my doorbell to inform me of what the service will entail. He also asks if I have any questions or pest issues that need to be taken care of. He is definitely a valued employee and please don't switch him to a different area which would not include my house!

He told me exactly what he intended to accomplish today and in the future. Marty literally saved the day!!! He discovered that our heat pump was frozen. 5 starsWendy R******* from Scherzinger Pest Control is an excellent technician!!! We trust her with our pest control issues!! Explains what she will be servicing . You just feel so comfortable and safe knowing she is taking care of our pest needs. My daughter has had Wendy doing her pest control for years. Several residents in neighborhood also uses Wendy. I had another company service prior to Wendy for 4-5 years. Wendy tops all of the other services that we had!!! Thank you for hiring staff members like Wendy!!!!! 5 starsScherzinger has been treating our home for over 20 years. They are professional, thorough and problem solvers. Our technician, Wendy Richmond is outstanding. 5 starsWe have complimented on Bryce B***** before but he is such an amazing technician that I wanted to do it again. He always has a smile on his face and he will address any issues we are having without hesitation. He never makes us feel like we are imposing on him or his schedule but works to resolve whatever is going on until it is resolved. PLEASE don’t EVER change his territory.
