  I had a hung elm tree on my property and called Gregory Forrest Lester, Inc. to evaluate if the tree could be left standing as it was wedged into a very large poplar tree. Mr. ****** ********************** came out and showed me the problems I would incur with the diseased tree if it was left standing so I contracted to have their business remove the tree. They did an outstanding job, ***** in the office contacted me ahead of time when the removal would be and the four on-site workers totally cleaned up the branches and trunk of the tree they removed leaving no residual. On top of that, they were truly the nicest/politest people I have dealt with in quite some time, this includes the workers on site at my house who were very respectful to this elderly woman, They are a very knowledgeable business: Master Arborists, as Mr. ********************** demonstrated when he described the problems with this hung elm tree. I highly recommend them for any work you need on trees on your property, and I am glad I used them.

  This spring Gregory Forrest Lester, Inc. removed a large tree from our back yard. the workers did a super and professional job. I did say a little pray when the last part of the tree (the bottom part of the trunk, the largest and heaviest piece) went up and over our home. The planting of the new tree went well. I did not protect the new tree and a buck got to it and destroyed it in late summer. Lester sent guys and they replaced the tree and it seems to be doing well this fall. Thank you all for the expert service received. They came when expected and informed me first. ***************************

  All of the employees of Gregory Forrest Lester tree services are professional and enthusiastic in what they do. From the beginning walk through, to the estimates, and to the final outcome, I was very happy and pleased with their work and quality of their employees. I especially was impressed with Darin S****** the on-hands project manager. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and very easy to work with. I am highly impressed by the company and its work.

  Hired Lester Tree Health Professionals to take down 2 trees in our front yard bk in July, 2022. We were adamant with the salesman, *********************** (arborist) we require at least 24 hrs notice, the trees are close to our home, we will be there when the wk is done. Advised him my mom is 90 yrs old and failing. Signing for work to be done 2 months later, hard to plan. ***** assured us it wouldn't be an issue, telling us we would have 48 hrs notice. We received a phone msg the week of 9/16, ***** stating tentatively our trees were scheduled for 9/30. Returned call left message for ***** on Fri 9/16 again stating we would need at least a days notice as we have family plans, children here, .and could not have cars in the driveway, kids running around with heavy equipment to please give us notice if 9/30 was the day to remove the trees. No call back. My husband tried numerous times to reach ***********************, leaving messages for weeks, no return call. We were livid, Wed am 9/21/22 when trucks, equipment and crew showed up. ****** had left a msg on my husbands cell 20 min prior to their arrival. So, in short, if you do not mind a crew showing up to take down massive trees and you don't feel the need to be there -then this company is for you. In our opinion there is literally no customer service. Once you agree to have the work done, your calls are never returned. In speaking with the Gen *** on Wed am, *****, we were told that our request for notice had NOT been written on the order. RE the work, We would give the crew and everyone that came out 5 stars, they are amazing, they worked in 90+ heat, they hustled, they cleaned up everything, we cannot say enough about the crew. The crew deserves 5 stars, their professional work ethic, they were all amazing. Phenomenal crew. Each and every one of the men did a great job. We were incredibly impressed. Would definitely hire again if not for the complete lack of customer svc and communication in this company.
