    On May 3rd I stayed at the above mentioned Hotel. When I walked in I smelled body odor, there was some type of lubrication on the night stand and the phone was filthy with old food, chips, & rice it seemed to be. The phone was dirty. I slept on top of the bed spread and when I woke up I ad 3 red bumps on my left arm. I repeatedly called the hotel and no one would answer, or if they did answer and I would ask for the owner, they would say he wasn't there.

    Our brands are committed to assuring that all of its properties provide great service and quality accommodations. This guest’s comments have made us aware of an instance when one of our properties did not meet a valued customer’s expectations. 

    We regret that the guest had to contact you and our office regarding their concerns with the property. Each property is independently owned and operated under a franchise. This means that the property’s management is responsible for meeting brand standards and for day-to-day operations.

    After thorough review, we feel the best resolution will be achieved by direct communication between the property management and the guest. The properties are independently owned and operated we do not have access to their billing systems.  Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    you will have to work with that property directly to obtain that.

    would like to offer you 15,000 Wyndham Reward points - enough for a free night
    stay at any of our tier 2 properties.  If

    I don't live in that area I live in **,, and frankly I am extremely skeptical about anything to do with the hotel chain. I would just like a refund .
