    I contacted the company about getting a radio put in. They told me that they didn’t have all the parts to put in it but if I would like I could put a $125 deposit in to hold the stereo. After 3 months of me waiting for this “part” I went and got my radio put in elsewhere. I went back to get my deposit they told me the person who took my deposit no longer work there because he was stealing. He proceeded to tell me to send him a picture of my receipt which was no problem but when I sent him the receipt he told me that the receipt didn’t list and products purchased and that it is a reprinted receipt that I could of found on the side of the road. After I have had contact with multiple people there and I informed him I have messages with mutiple employees telling me they wouldn’t be able to put the radio in. So I posted a google review about my bad service I then got a message from him about a month later saying they found my deposit in the computer but won’t be doing anything since I slandered them online. Which is absolutely unprofessional I have all the messages still and a picture of my receipt. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to help me with my issue.

    I paid for a satellite radio for my ***, and at time of purchase owner Chris stated that his printer was down and would email receipt. The receipt was never emailed so I went to the store to find they moved. I tried to call and text without any response. I am seeking reimbursement for the product I never received.
