    Bought a new geo thermal system and pump went out. They replaced the pump and told me that there might be a leak in my line...Now they tell me I need another part which cost 1300.00 and a flush out which costs 1200.00. Why was this not found when they installed my new unit and why did my brand new pump go out? The guy who was trying to open the flow valve used every thing he had in his van and could not get it open..funny never had a problem before. Had to purchase a new water heater when the guy servicing my unit broke the water line and flooded the whole room...

    Mrs* ******** had the geothermal unit replaced in June of 2022 which involved connecting the new geothermal unit to the existing loop field and flow center in her home. During the last two maintenance visits we noticed her loop pressure was low and need to be boosted both times, due to this we recommended a flush and fill on the loops. Upon return to perform the flush and fill our tech found the flow center flush ports to be seized up and the flow center would need to be replaced. Mrs* ******** was given an estimate to replace flow center and elected not to move forward at this time.

    I am looking for new Humidifier installed and recieved quotes from multiple Aprilair Certified dealers. ******/National Heat & Air Condition Co as they quoted me $549 which includes New material, material and installation. Once the installatin was completed on Feb 7th, 2023, I was charged $682.62 instead of quoted $549.00 ie $133.62 more After the installaton, I came to know that there is no way for me turn ON the humidifier as my humidifier doesn't support humidifier. I tried configuring my new thermostat to work with my humidifieer but the instructions from Technecian says connect two wires but my thermostat only has one wire. so i had to call ****** to make my humidifier work. ****** completed the installation andd gave mee a bill for $336.50.(This should have been include in the $549 but not sure why i was charged this amount) After two visits, i was not able to turn my humidifier ON. left a message to operation manager and sent multiple emails. No response from ****** after 3 days. I was chaarged 1019.12 instead of 549 and humidifier is still not wworking.
