    Your representatives doesn't really know what they're doing they have copies of paperwork that they don't read to find out the facts they're sending email to addresses that doesn't exist and their files or anywhere else I would never do business with you again ***************** *****************

    I have a special needs friend that I have been helping. She had to get her banking account changed (another long story) because it was compromised. We have sent off forms to change her account twice and the company is saying they have not received the forms. There is a return address but she has not gotten the mail sent back so not sure where the mail is going. They also say to send a voided check each time. It has been a mess and Im just wondering if this company is just scammers taking advantage of people like her. When I call to check the status of her forms being received, I always talk to the same man named **** and he never apologizes for all that she (and myself since I am helping her) have gone through. Not professional at all and wondering if the insurance she has been paying in will be any good.

    After dealing with unity financial since October of 2022, we have now been told that we need to open up an estate claim in Florida where Joe's mom was staying when she passed away. We have sent this company her last will and testament, her death certificate, her daughter's death certificate and we opened an estate in our county in Pennsylvania which did US absolutely no good. They're saying that we have to go to Florida open up an account there at the courthouse in the county she passed in in order to receive her death benefits even though we've already paid for the funeral. We paid for all that out of our own pocket. This company is ridiculous I have never had to jump through so many stupid hoops in a time of mourning. I had to deal with my husband's death and my father's death also and the insurance companies that I dealt with were wonderful and accommodating. This company acts as if you are trying to scam them so here we are how many months later and it's going to cost us $231 to open an estate down in Florida and hopefully they'll go by all the paperwork and we won't have to actually drive down there again. All of this could have been taken care of when his mom was alive if the customer service representative would have realized she needed to change beneficiary, not the billing. My mother-in-law thought she was changing her son to beneficiary but in actuality she was changing it so that he could pay the bill each month.

    Billing department is horrible, every month I have to send a fax of my payment to show them that the payment they have already cashed is actually paid!!

    I have tried for 3 weeks to get a life claim form from this company and still do not have one. I call the number and get sent to a foreign country and have had 5 different representatives tell me that I would receive the form within ***** hours. I can not get anyone to send a claim form and on top of having to grieve the loss of a loved one, I also have to be put through extremely unnecessary emotional distress with this company. It's literally disgusting.
