The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the government’s allegations, which have not yet been proven.
On September 16, 2025 the Ohio Attorney General’s Office filed consumer protection lawsuit in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court. Charges filed allege the business is in violation of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act (CSPA) by engaging in unfair and deceptive practices by selling refurbished Dyson products as new, diverting company funds for personal use, and failing to follow corporate formalities. The matter is pending.
