    Billing was incorrect. Office staff was unprofessional and made sure that everyone in the waiting room thought I had not paid my bill, which was proven incorrect. Attempted to run my card for payments that I did not owe and were not approved. When showed that they made a mistake they did not even apologize, just said that it was a different person than who normal does the billing.
