    This company is running a scheme with the Arabs that work at stop in go on McMillan. They are preying on college students who don’t have money to pay on the spot. They ask for me to pay 75 in cash assuming because cash is untraceable then when I went in the store he drove off with my vehicle purse still in their keys everything. They are preying and spilt if the money with the store.

    We reviewed the CCTV footage and saw that you parked directly in front of a tow-away sign in our lot, then went to shop across the street. Our contract with *** Towing allows them to tow vehicles either upon our request or if they're parked near our business. In this case, the tow truck was already in our lot, which is why your car was towed. We typically don’t call unless the lot is full and a vehicle is left without notice. Many customers park briefly but inform us, so we ensure they’re not towed. Please note, our lot is for customers only—not for other businesses. Also, we understand that you're frustrated about this incident, but we are not part of any schemes or support such behavior. We are more concerned with running our business than running these alleged schemes.
