    PREDATORY CONTRACTS If you do a quick ****** search you will see there are thousands of people angry because Auto Renewal problems. Here is my experience...First, the service itself is a B- Some of the info is solid but its often out late and possibly too late in the cycle to be meaningful for my company.Second, we have used this service off and on over the years but this most recent time we just forgot to cancel our auto renew. Within 2 days of the renewal hitting my credit card I called the company and explained we actually needed to cancel for the coming year and accidentally missed cancelling before the auto renew hit. Instead of thanking me for the years of business and forgiving a tiny mistake, they showed absolutely ZERO ****** The person gave me a regurgitation of how the terms and conditions are clear and no refund would be given. So, I am now forced to pay an entire year's dues for a service I'm not using. It's not right. They took down their ****** listing as well so that no one can leave negative reviews. But if you use ****** or Ai to look up reviews, they are all trash!

    I just attended the 2 days of the OST training and 2 days of the QBID training in Salt Lake City. I don’t think anyone who has not taken the training courses should be allowed to leave a negative comment! I have been using the programs for about 3 years. I was taught by someone who taught himself, along with the training videos. I can safely say that we were only tapping into 20% of what they can do! The trainers Raquel C*** and Doug were SUPERB! They made sure to answer every question, and they did it quickly because they just know the programs. I recommend these trainings to anyone using, or considering to use either product. I also hope they are lucky enough to get Doug and Raquel as trainers!
