      I asked for a deep clean, from top to bottom (excluding a guest room and the basement), and got left with dust on shelves, dog hair still everywhere, faucets still caked in calcium, dirty ceilings in the bathroom & shower, dirty floors in several rooms, dirty lamps & dusty light fixtures, a complete disregard for the master bedroom and office, which received almost no work-, neglecting kitchen baseboards AND hardwood, stains on walls, etc.
      On top of that, they left a wet pile of towels in the master closet and didn't pick them up.
      The worst part was the fridge. They cleaned it out, but put everything back in a different position, including putting an open bottle of wine on its side (the wine topper had an open spout, and had been left vertical as there was no way to fully close it), and due to this the entire contents spilled out onto the food & shelves below. When I started rearranging the food back to how it was, everything was covered in wine, which required taking the fridge apart, removing glass sections that were incredibly sticky, and tossing perfectly good food that was now wine-logged. The office was also left in a state in which things were not returned to how they were, cables had been unplugged during cleaning without even an attempt to reconnect them, or a heads-up about them having been disconnected in the first place. I work from home.
      I was so looking forward to having a clean, fresh home today, and ended up incredibly angry and resentful that there were six people in my house who still didn't manage to get a decent job done. I tried calling back three times to tell them how dissatisfied I was, and wasn't attended to OR called back. I called well before they should've closed for the day, as it was 3 pm, and had to leave two voicemails. Hopefully this review gives someone a second thought about using ecomaids because I am livid and will never use this service again, and will actively tell anyone looking for a house cleaning to never use them either.
