The store manager didnt tell me they would be pulling a hard credit inquiry, i take this seriously. He had made mistakes on tax form by having someone else be sure i made the money, i made. Its great to got the extra spending. But, mr. ronald also tried to cut me off on the phone. You need to be honest and able to work in this industry, i will be fighting this inquiry! I do have lawyers and if you dont take it off for both of them. i will sue!Business Response

understand that there is some confusion with the terms and conditions of the
application process. When an applicant applies for a loan with Check ‘n Go, as part of the credit application, Check ‘n Go will validate information using

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.
Regards, Your employee needs to take responsibility and admit they were wrong. They didnt even know where the number line was for the income. I will know from here and out when i refinance a loan, i will have my credit pulled. I appreciate the funding in which they will pull the money on the 3rd but you have to take responsibility for your mistakes as there was several made.

I just received a call from check n go again and this lady said that I owed them money even though I paid a settlement amount to them and she threatened me and was very rude to me and called me a lier about the loan. I told that I had two incomes at the time I took this loan andi also brought up the fact I came into check n go in 2021 to refinance the loan and they told me I was a day to late to refinance this loan. Then I was making payments to them what I could afford and then they kept calling me and harassing me. And they took money out of my checking account without me knowing about it. Then I finally called them and made a settlement with them and after that they told me the settlement was not paid in time. And I told that all I could give them. Then today it started all over again. I'm not putting up with these living people.Business Response

I received a threatening letter from a Check N Go or should I say their attorneys at Fidelity Group claiming fraud on my part from a 2015 instillation loan with threats of a lawsuit and civil complaint. The letter I received was dated January 2023. I previously disputed this claim that the debt was satisfied and was sent a letter from the credit bureau that after an investigation they could not validate their claim and erased it from my bureau.
The file # is ********* with an amount of 4,070.72. The address on the letter states

On January 13 2023 a check was deposited in my account that had previously been paid off to Check N Go. I went to the location on January 14 2023, where the check was paid off and was told they could not see the check being deposited on their end. They drained my account and caused me to be over drafted. To Whom It
May Concern:
We want to thank *** ******** for contacting Check ‘n Go regarding her account. We understand
that there is some confusion with the terms and conditions of her loan. We
completed an investigation into the matter and advise *** ******** currently has an in-store installment loan for $990.00 that was taken on 9/19/2022. The terms of the loan agreement were reviewed with *** ******** at the time of the loan and consist of a finance charge of $1,496.35 along with the $990.00 that was borrowed for a total due of $2,486.35. The loan agreement contained the annual percentage rate of 143.24%. The loan was taken for an 18 month term. Payments are due monthly on the 3rd of each month in the amount of $146.27, with the last payment being $157.85. At this time *** ******** has made one payment and two payments have been returned by her bank. The return reason is showing as account closed. if *** ******** would like to provide proof of payments clearing, we would be more than happy to review and update her account if necessary.Within the complaint *** ******** also addressed her inability to apply for an online loan. *** ******** can set up an online account through P360 at any time, however a customer may only have one active loan open with the company at a time. She would need to pay off the in-store loan in order to apply for an online loan. We are unable to guarantee her approval as the determination is made by underwriting.
Regarding *** ********'s request to remove information from her credit report, we believe the information to be accurate. As such, we respectfully decline her request to remove the reported items. The only agencies we currently report payment information to are ******** and **********, and only if reporting is permitted in the applicable state. After a loan is opened or a payment is made, the payment information is reported the following month. It will then take anywhere from 45 to 60 days for the credit bureaus to update the information on the credit file. It is possible to see the update sooner; however, it can take the full 60 days.
