On March 2,2024 I purchased a brand new i-phone 11 from promotion of port your number for 19.99. Now the whole time we are there sales guy kinda rude but walks over points at all the speakers gives a price and says ya gotta pick one it's included withe the sale. False was charged 59.99for a speaker I would have not chose if I new I was paying for it. Not that price for a speaker that small. Then he continues on talking about anything and everything then throws another package up on the counter asked him what's this. Owe that's your bundle pack that comes with the phone. A charger, charger wire, air buds, and a key schain they charged me another 100 dollars for. Mind you the sales states the iPhone 11 for 19.99. Now apple did not start selling chargers separate from the phone when the i-phone 12 came out. So how are they going to take my charger out of the phone box and turn around and sell it to me separate from my phone and make it sound like I'm getting a deal. Then when service was activated on phone cause had a bunch of other customers and tells me I will have to set the phone all up and charges me 284 dollars rushing me out. There was another 35 dollar charge for him setting up the phone. So now here is the kicker get home go-to set up phone and it says phone unavailable can't use the phone. So do to are schedules was unable to get back to the store with the phone for a week, so no phone for a week that I paid for and service that am being charged for and can't even use the phone. So go back to store same jerk is working and tell him what's going on and he says well since it's been over 7 days there is nothing I can do to help you, this is now an apple problem. For one I didn't buy the phone from Apple I bought it here and your policy says 30 days. Sir once again there is nothing I can do for you now will you excuse me. So I tell him have had no phone for 2 weeks and he tells me to come in and talk to his manager 4 more days from that point. So when I got angry and raised my voice his exact words were you can get the fuck out of my store now and maybe my manager will help ya. So take of work on that wed. and go in the store same guy working no sign of manager, so needless to say now I have to send my phone to apple to get replacement phone so another 2 weeks with out a phone and am out 284.00 dollars and was told to go screw myself pretty much

We do apologize that you had a bad experience and can promise that the misunderstanding won’t occur again. After careful review of your situation and looking at the details with the store manager, it turns out that she was not aware that there was an issue with your transaction, and she hadn’t heard about you from the employee that sold you the phone. Our records indicate that the phone was purchased on 2/24/24 at 3:55 PM, for a total of $283.18. You are correct in that the iPhone 12 is the first phone Apple released without including the charging brick in the box, however when they did that change, they stopped including the charger brick in all iPhone boxes for all the models as well. As far as the phone saying its unavailable, if you would like for the manager to take a look it we will be more than happy to try and find a resolution for you. However, because the phone was purchased on the 2/24/24 the last day to replace it was 3/2/24 ,if there was an issue or a defect with the phone, we can exchange the device within the first 7 days as that is what is written on the receipt. Now after the 7 days we will still gladly assist and try to help in any way we can. All our employees are expected to be the best customer services representative in the industry by helping each and every customer in any way they can. Sometimes employees are busy with other customers so they can’t assist with the certain details that involve your personal material such as email and logins until they finish with the remaining customers. However, there are ways to properly communicate this to the customer and we will be scheduling the employee in question to undergo 2 weeks of additional training. If you have any questions or concerns, please stop by in or give us a call and we will make sure to help the best we can.

I had went back to that same store 3 times and the manager was not present none of the time I have gone there. The same dude nasty employee was there every time I step into the store. I had to go almost a month with out a phone and to make it worse they would not even put my account on hold. So not only did I over pay for a phone that was advertised online port your number and get an iPhone 11 for 20 dollars I always was charged for a month of service I was unable to use. I had to wait for apple to send me a package so that I could send the phone to them on Texas then fix the phone and then wait for them to mail it back. So not only did I pay almost 300 dollars on a phone was unable to use I now have to pay for another month of service for a phone that I just now am able to use this is just ridiculous. I have tried contacting Warsaw wireless via email and also by phone with no response. So what do I do now that all together with taking off work twice paying for the phone and now another month of service and in total because of everything loosing out in over 500 dollars with everything considered
