1 starIf I could give them 0 stars I would. They never showed up when they said they would and some days they didn't show at all. We had water damage from a fire and if I would have had time to check the reviews, I would never have gone with them. They spent more time out at their trucks then they did doing the job. The ceiling looked terrible and needed to be redone. Still doesn't look like it should, but I would not have them back in my home. They didn't clean up after themselves. The bosses just told us what we wanted to hear. I'm not sure how they got an A+ rating. F rating at best. Don't hire this company.Review fromGaye E

3 starsI have no problem with their carpet cleaning service, and the person who did it was great. However, I was overcharged for sales tax. I live in ************* and should have been charged 6.5% but was instead charged 7.8%. When I phoned, I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I have reported them to the Department of Taxation and hope that they will be enlightened about the ilegality of this.Review fromJim D

1 starTeasdale Fenton was referred to us from a contractor who had worked with them before. The company came out quickly and began the water clean up. We were told that they would dry out our barn and that could take up to five days and then they would begin the demo of the water damage to the bathroom. The company did not seal nor use heaters for the cold barn and left the barn door cracked open. The next day I went out and there was a new leak and additional water standing on the barn concrete. I contacted the manager Ken and he said it would not be caused by the demo even though the water lines were right in the demo area. After texting all weekend and the leak continuing all weekend, Ken showed up and put the blame on corrosion and said they were pulling all their equipment and not honoring the contract. He said he was looking out for the company but not for us as the customer. I shared he was to be a customer advocate in behalf of the business and even though he text me and said he would take care of the issue (button it up), he showed up, loaded up and left without saying a word. I would not recommend this company for any project as they are all about themselves and not the customer. If I had known about the BBB reviews, I would have never considered contributing with this company. Stay away from this company. They are not working for the customer only for what is best for them.Review fromBradley P

1 starhorrible horrible horrible run run run! They were replacing the floors in our house after some water damage when the sub contractor that they used, both tracked glue and paint throughout the house and front porch. After which it took 4 weeks to have someone come back out, see the poor work and say that they would start again over at their cost. They took another 6 months to come back out and replace the floor. They order 2 too few boxes of material so we had to live with an incomplete floor for another month until they could come back and finish it. With this being the second time they had done the floor we realized that they were reusing the quarter round that was original to the house which now looks beat up an horrible instead of replace it. They also in this process did not fit the toilet to the plumbing correctly after finishing the floor so we had raw sewage dripping into the basement onto some of our items. They also in this process chipped the corner of the walls, did not clean up after themselves at all leaving nails and screws in the yard for my dogs to step on. And now the real kicker, they have been gone and done with the project for several months and just put a lean on the house because they say we still owe money. We paid all of the money on the original quote, but did not realize there was supplemental work that we never agreed to and they put this amount towards the lean. They claim that the insurance company was never responsive to their request for supplemental amounts... sure... its one of the big companies so they for sure respond and were well aware when we called them weeks earlier that they had no correspondence from this company regarding the supplemental. Long story short, we paid the lean because we had to and are pursuing this to the 10th degree to ensure that they do not do this to other people. again run run runReview fromTrey G

1 starWe received a coupon from a home and garden show. We were told to schedule our cleaning and mention the coupon. There is no expiration date on the coupon. After speaking to two different people they said they were no longer accepting the coupon. They said they do not print expiration dates on them but it has expired and they are not willing to accept it. This is blatant false advertising a bait and switch situation. Absolutely do not use!Review fromRichard W

1 starThe company has a dishonest worker. Carpet cleaner said for 40 dollars more he can put carpet deodorizer down. I have Ring camera on my properties. And I noticed after he cleaned the hallway. He did a fast slop job! Didn't remove any rug or chairs out of the way! Was done in less than 10 minutes. Left and never put on the carpet deodorizer. Went over there after he left. No deodorizer smell on carpet at all. I called the company and complained about him not putting no deodorizer on the carpet and the lady who answered had me on hold for about 5 minutes. She tried to connect me with the worker so I could argue with him about what he didn't do and still charge me an extra 40 dollars for the job. I told her once she finally got back on the phone that I wanted my 40 dollars back for the carpet deodorizer that he charged me for and didn't put it on the carpet. She refused to give it to me. And said a manager will call me the next day. They never called back! Stay away from this company!!! They'll charge you for stuff they don't do. And will argue with you when you complain to them about it. And do a bad job as well.Review fromChristina H

1 starUsed this company to clean up some water from a small leak in our basement. They charged us fees, labor and for services that were not rendered. They charged 3 hours of labor was here less than 30 mins. They charged for the wrong size room also. When I called to get the issues resolved they declined any form of resolution. I will never use or recommend this company again they are pros at bait and switch and have horrible professionalism and customer serviceReview fromRon Z

1 starCalled Teasdale Fenton Carpet Cleaning for a quote on steam cleaning my elderly mother's carpet. She's 96 and was recently sent home from a skilled nursing facility after suffering a couple pretty serious medical events. Within a day of being home, she fell and hit her head on the wall, causing a small laceration. Head lacerations bleed pretty good, so there was some blood staining on the carpet. I specifically asked the scheduler if the cleaners needed a special stain remover to get the blood out of the carpet, to which she said they did not, but would add a $25 fee for "pre-treating" the stain. No problem. Crew shows up on the cleaning day and tells me there's no note that they will be cleaning a "biological material" and they have to ADD A $100.00 FEE! As I was escorting the crew back out the door one guy tries to bargain with me and drops the "fee" to $50. I tell them I'm not paying anything over the quote I received and to cancel the cleaning. I can't begin to explain how WRONG this is. When your scheduler quotes you a cleaning charge, you don't come in expecting to jack it up by $100, or even $50. That is just plain wrong and because of that, the company lost $110 and will never be called upon for services from this family (and friends) again. The right thing to do would have been to eat the "fee for biological material" and clean the carpet as quoted.Review fromPatricia M

1 starOn Christmas day we had a sprinkler pipe burst in an office building I own. This pipe was on the 2nd floor so the water damage was not only extensive on the 2nd floor but went down to the 1st floor and damaged several office spaces. Teasdale's water mitigation team was quick to respond and did a very good job drying out the spaces. However, the restoration team was horrific. The project manager was unresponsive and finally was fired. I had to supply some of my contractors to enclose the spaces from more cold weather and further damage. We have doctors in the space who are now having to shuffle their patients to other locations. The work that needs to be done is about 2 days of ceiling tile in the doctors space and another 2 in the remaining damaged spaces. Drywall is minimum with flood cut only needing to be done. Obviously, as a lanadlord I need to retain my clients. Teasdale Fenton makes that impossible. Water mitigation team is great . If you want to timely restoration forget Teasdale.
