    This company offered for us to tour a place to carry our lease over at a separate complex. Little did we know the building we were already living in under their management had bed bugs. We notified them the first time to only have alcohol sprayed in our apartment. There should have been two follow ups. There was hardly a first follow up. They pressured us into signing a lease for July 7th by May 1st but turns out the management company never signed. The exterminator happened two more times, not because of us, but because the lessor notified us that other tenants had bugs. Our lease ends July 7th with tentative move to the new lease that same day. They emailed us on 05/21/2024 that they will not continue the next lease due to us not "taking things seriously" along those lines because they had not signed it yet. We spent $200 - $500 for each time as well as other inconveniences. Buying a couch, etc. I'm not sure where they think money comes from but they got most of ours from rent. The fact that the company blamed this on us yet thought a cheap exterminator spraying essentially vodka on a few crevasses in one apartment in a complex in Cincinnati does not do away with these resilient things. In the end, this company has ripped a lease out form under us and we have four weeks to find a place to live, three of which we have our wedding and will be out of town. They knew this. Do not rent from them. They do not care about you.
