    On December 10th I was at your location for a birthday engagement that was happening upon arriving everything was fine no issues once I got to the table sat down ordered food and drinks the service from the server was not up to par now I understand that there was a Bengals game and things like that however in the service industry if you are serving a large party you are to act professional I personally had no issues with the server other than things that were out of her control however her attitude is something that was in her control and she was not too pleasant when taking orders didn't really come and check up on the table so towards the end of our meal we had asked for a manager just to inform the manager that the service that we received was not good at all The manager decides to say well we're not going to be comping any of the food or anything like that now no one ever made a request for Comp food or anything like that everybody that was there had their money to pay and was willing to pay and did pay however this particular manager came back and said well I don't know where the server is She somewhere crying somewhere I don't really care so I'll go ahead and take care of your checks She brought us our checks everyone paid for their checks and then this manager came out and was saying that people did not pay when I confronted her and asked her at the front podium who did not pay because I was going to pay for it She began to say I want you people out I don't want to do with this and then as I'm going back to my table to inform my family on what's going on she decides to walk back that way and step in my face several times and then her boyfriend who happened to be sitting at the bar getting free drinks decides he wants to step in and get in the face this is very unprofessional. She is a redhead woman that walks around with the scal on her face pretty sure you know who you have working there and who was the manager on duty that night I can provide a picture
