      The dogs cages aint that clean I seen a lot of p*** and pee with a lot of staff just standing around talking I seen one girl working very hard trying to clean but the ones on the floor actually working not doing a thing except in a huddle talking bout other things, they want to hurry when you are talking bout and signing up for the dog but not after they get the money I told them I was in a hurry my friend was the one getting the dog and it just became a slower and slower process I was told 2-5 mins than 5-10 than just whenever they get the stuff than blaming it on the day of the week, we told them multiple times we are trying to hurry we didnt plan on getting a dog today but theyd go slower and slower, no one was ever at the register waiting on people even ones standing, they didnt tell us about the annual fees either they waited for that phone call to tell us that! I told her next time she can go to a shelter because waiting here a hour and half isnt worth it!

      This the second time in a petland the same thing happened both times. You look at puppy ask how much they give you a price. then they go away leave you to think about it. So we were going to get the puppy and they come back and say the dog is twice as much as the price they gave us said they made a mistake. Now this is the second time this has happened at a petland to my husband and I. my husband approached them about it, we were upset, my husband and I were talking about this happening at 2 different Petlands its a bait and switch scam oh yes the first one offered financing after hitting us with 1000s of dollars price ********* husband was telling them this is dishonest and maybe we need to let our attorney know the manager said prove it. Prove that is what we did. Cant believe people are so dishonest now days and theres nothing anyone can do about it. I guess thats why they dont put prices on their website so they can switch it on you. Our price went from 4200$ to 8200$ total crap!

      I had a lot of questions and asked a lot out of a lovely worker named Gabriel and he was super helpful in answering all of them. I will definitely be back and ask for him everytime !!
