      I purchased a personal watercraft ECU from Torx Racing on Order number 9119. When recieved it was not in working order. I contacted the texhnical assistance and was provided a label to return it for repair. This process was repeated twice and did not solve the problem. I told the Company I wished to have my purchase refunded. They agreed as long as I returned the ECU. I shipped beck the product and was told my original core would be returned and my credit card refunded.
      Torx Racing did not return my core and when cintacted made constant promises that the funds had been refunded and there was a problem with the card company not them. They repeatedly said my core was being shipped and would send tracking i formation to my email.
      After two months they said they would just send the refund by check in the mail. I have still not recieved my reund or the return of my core.
      A check of online forums shows that this is a common compaint from this company.

      I purchased an ECU and a Dess key for a sea doo jet ski for $850 and after a licensed repair shop found that the part was defective I was told from Torx to send it back and they will replace it, this was in July. I waited a few weeks and started calling every day checking on it with them saying they would call me back later that day, which never happens. Finally they tell me it’s shipping out that day, which was the first week of August. A few weeks have passed again and I still haven’t received the new ECU, so I started calling again and they say the same things as before.. it’s always “let me do some digging and I’ll call you back “ or “ at this point I don’t have an answer for you “ . I’m getting really frustrated dealing with them. Do y’all have any advice that might help me w. Thanks for your time

      This place is an absolute SCAM!! **** is a fraud!! What a crook! How he can have a website listed and sell parts is beyond me!!! CAUSE ITS ALL FAKE! I ordered an ECU on 7/11... Never got a tracking email sent to me, after 2 weeks of NOTHING, I called and ****, told me I have to send my ECU first. So I sent my ECU on a Friday, it arrived to him on MONDAY! Didnt hear anything from him, no tracking for over a week. Called back. **** said that they were working on it. Couple days later I called AGAIN.. and he said it has been sent. I then asked for tracking, Label was created 08/08/24. I continued to call, cause a week later, STILL not package. He tells me he sent it on 08/15/24. In which, I still have NEVER received that package. On 08/20/24 I called back, still no package, or updated tracking, tracking said it NEVER left facility! So he said he was going to reprogram on and send it out, along with send me tracking. On 08/29/24 I called back, again cause I have heard nothing and have NO ECU that I have paid $700 for. Later that day he sent me tracking for my "2nd" ECU. Once received, on 09/06/24, they installed it on 09/09/24 and guess what? IT WAS JUNK!!! r I Called ****... told him First time was a fluke, this time is BS, and he needs to fix what he messed up!! He Said he would call my marina, and get it straightened out. Of course, he did not. So I called 2 days later, after words with ****, he then called the marina, told them he would reprogram and send out a new ECU directly to them. So for my THIRD ECU he has told me he sent it out since 09/10, and I HAVE NO TRACKING!!!! and NO ECU!!!!

      I have never been sent the product i purchased with this company. It has been 3 months and the company keeps giving me the run around.

      Purchased jet ski parts 5/10/2022 for 313.44 dollars. Still have not received parts or refund. No communication. Pretty sure this is not a real business, just a scam site. Order no 2014.

      Today is Feb 22, 2023. Ordered part on December 4th, 2022. Never received it. Inquired on February 5, 2023, and got a reply from **** *. from sales saying "Not sure how this got missed, im sorry, we will ship it today." Nothing received. Inquired two days ago and yesterday, and informed them that I would require a reply immediately, or I would let my whole powersports community know they are scammers.

      Purchased a part September 1st 2022. After reaching out for a tracking number or refund, seller company (Torx Racing) quit responding. After requesting a refund from **** at [email protected], he has refused to respond on October 11th, the 21st and the 25th.
