When we arrived at the showroom this past Friday, we were immediately greeted by Tom W. He not only made us feel welcome, but went above and beyond throughout the entire process. We both agreed that Tom was different from any other salesperson we have ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle in the past. He was knowledgeable, passionate about the product, and never pressured us into a sale.
We are proud to say that we are now owners of a beautiful 530i. Thanks to Tom for making our first BMW purchase an exceptional experience. Voss Village BMW will be our dealership of choice for years to come.
