  Totally a scam outfit. They will take your money, create a fake tracking number, not ship your product and show a grqiny photo of the outside of your complex with no package when you cannot leave a package outside of a complex!

  Horrible **************** and Product Purchased a pair of the "Dress Sneakers" Arrived in a shipping bag with no box luckily there was no major damage to the shoes. Didn't fit well so I initiated the return process, shipped back to Gatsby next day. Tracked shipping and the shoes arrived back to Gatsby almost three weeks ago. Still have not received a refund. Reached out multiple times and they keep stating that the shoes need to be inspected and approved for a refund at the warehouse and that the warehouse needs to send a list of approved refunds to the home office. Keep in mind that the shoes were only tried on and put right back in the shipping bag that they came in. Spent good money on these shoes and I would expect a refund much sooner than 3 weeks. Why would a buyer have to wait more than 3 weeks for a refund. Absolutely horrible business practices and customer service. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! BUYERS BEWARE

  Insoles separated from the shoe very easily. Got the same generic customer service response just like all the other reviews! Dont buy them.

  This company is terrible! They are a scam! The customer service representative name *** ****** *s absolutely awful. Her English isn't very good. There is so many negative things to say about this company, I don't have enough time to write! My advice is to NOT do business with them! You will regret it! Their orders come from China. That should tell you something.

  Horrible experience. Soles started separating after only a couple months of occasional wear. Sent them a note and they said since over 60 days, they'd offer me another pair at 30% off but no refund or replacement. Took them to a shoe repair place and they wouldn't touch them. Said they weren't even leather, their words, not mine. These folks are terrible. Won't back their product despite obvious quality issues!

  This company should be shut down. Gatsby Shoes are a rip off. I spend over $63 and was sent the wrong size shoe. I wear a 16, and was sent what looks like a 12. Despite claiming that they accept a return for a full refund they instead tell you that you have to pay for the shipping return ($15-20), plus a $10 restock fee, plus a $2 service fee. So between shipping to me and then returning a wrong sized product, I would pay about $28 just to get and then return the shoes. If you want to get ripped off, just buy them for $18 on Temu. Better yet, buy shoes from somewhere else. They also offered that I accept a 30% refund vs. the "Full refund" they advertise if I just keep the shoes that don't fit. This is a joke of a company. There have a ton of 1 star reviews. Their products are junk, they lie about their refund policy. There shoes are sized incorrectly. Dishonest company.*

  Upper separated from the sole within 6 months. Contacted Gatsby and they refused to make the situation right. They did offer a 30% discount to buy more of their crappy shoes, like no thanks. Don’t waste your money with this company who clearly doesn’t care about the quality of their product, their customer relationships, or doing the right thing.

  Horrible customer service and return process. They promise to refund within 30 days with original packaging intact. I returned within a week, completely unused, new as originally received due to incorrect size. Two months later and I still have no refund! Phone number doesn't work and ***, customer email agent is always pleasant in exchange but offers NO real updates. It is always, wait 3-5 business days. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

  Absolute pieces of cr*p. Not as advertised. Really cheap materials, no support at all, fake leather. Doesn’t look like the photos at all.
