      October 18, 2022 - An 'Oversize Load' 18 wheel truck turned around in my front yard, creating large ruts/property damage. I contacted Craig ****** at Stark Truss on October 20, 2022. Craig informed me that ** ******* (who is not associated with Stark Truss) would contact me about the damage. I never heard from ** ******* and called Craig again on November 2nd. This time Craig was very agressive and told me he was "sick of [my] ******* mouth" and that since ** ******* is my neighbor, that I should ?go knock on his ******* door.? At the end of the call, he also suggested that I sue him. A demand letter has been sent, and I am filing this complaint to attempt to get resolution to my property damage.

      I have attached the email response that was sent to Brad on 11/21. He has yet to reply to myself or ** concerning this email.

      My reply to him was provoked by many calls to myself and my staff with constant verbal abuse from him.

      Regarding the matter with Stark Truss, I must first address the response by Craig ******. The first call to Craig was cordial, and no negative words were exchanged. The second call I asked the 'staff' he is referring to, to forward me to Craig directly, and I had no interaction with his 'staff'. The call between Craig and I resulted in Craig saying that i needed to talk to my neighbor (** ********* He was very angry and combative at this point. At that point in time I had not had any contact wtih ** ******** nor did i know he had stopped by. Once Craig became combative about the damage his truck did to my property, I then told him that the truck that damaged my property did not say *** ******** on the side, it said "Stark" ****** "Truss". This resulted in Craigs response indicated in the demand letter. (Where he said I should be a ***** man and go talk to my neighor, etc. etc. - refer to the demand letter forwarded to the BBB).

      I did not seek out Stark Truss for their services and have NEVER done business with this company. Rather, their truck arrived on my PRIVATE PROPERTY, creating the damage. After a month passed with no communication from ANYONE, I called again and became more forceful on the second call. However, my communication was far from abusive. I used "Stark ****** Truss" to make a point to Craig, and Criag only.. Again, I had no real contact with his staff.. Craigs response is simply deflection by someone who knows they were wrong.

      Somehow it seems as though its MY fault their truck damaged my property, and that I am wrong for wanting to seek restitution!!! Are we living in clown world here?

      As far as a resolution, I did respond to ** ******* *who is NOT an employee of Stark Truss). It sounds like we should be able to come to a resolution to the property damage, but has not yet been finalized.

                      ****** *** ** both have talked to this gentleman in the past few days about this and will be get his yard fixed*  ****** is waiting on a returned phone call from ** to verify when this repair can be done. ****** said the home owner was very nice on the phone and just wants it fixed.       On Thursday ****** took a large roller down to the jobsite that one of the trusses turned around in to fix the bumps. ****** talked to the owner of the property and made sure he was good

      with the fix to his yard the owner drove his zero turn lawnmower over the area and told ****** it was good. I’m hoping he will get with the BBB and mark this as fix to put us back in good standing.

      ****** from Stark Truss brought down a roller to remove the ruts. It seems that this has resolved the issues. I am good with closing this complaint.

      Paul ****** sales rep at Stark Truss, never sent our blueprints to Stark's blueprinting department and instead he just guessed at what we would want for our garage. He has repeatedly accepted fault for the trusses that don't quite fit our building. He has promised that Stark will cover all the costs to get this fixed and yet it has been many weeks and still we have no check. We need to get paid for the damages ASAP so that we can move our construction project along.

      To Whom It May Concern,

      Regarding the complaint submitted to you on 10/16/22, Stark Truss has remedied the situation with *** ****** directly. Via correspondence between Saturday 10/15/22 and Monday 10/17/22, financial and material compensations were agreed upon and accepted by *** ******* Reimbursement has already been made per the agreement.

      There was a mistake made on Stark Truss’ side regarding product specifics to be supplied. Through communication breakdowns, I believe that *** ****** was concerned his problems were not going to be addressed properly. Everything was already in the works, it just hadn’t been finalized yet between him, Stark Truss, and the lumber company his materials were purchased through.

      Please let us know if further information is needed.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I do believe Stark Truss to be a reputable supplier of trusses and other structural components.  The sales/account rep could have/should have done a better job at communicating, providing next steps, and holding accountable to promises made.  That being said they have made the situation right and I have no further concerns or issues with Stark Truss.  Thank you.
