    On July 18th 2025, I contacted RNG Performance regarding their drive belts for a CF Moto Uforce 1000xl. Their response was "The belts are on backorder, the belt would help if yours is still jerky. The stock clutching is rough on the belt. We always recommend replacing the belt with an OEM belt and saving yours as a spare. Our will be out for another 3 weeks." I went ahead and purchased the belt expecting it to ship in 3 weeks as quoted. It has now been more than 3 weeks, so I contacted them asking when it would be shipping. They then responded to me telling me that the belts are now delayed until October. I requested a cancellation and refund as I would not be able to wait that long. They have refused to give me a refund for the product, subsequently violating federal Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. They tried to tell me that I was notified that there was an unknown ship date for the product, but their message clearly stated 3 weeks, not an unknown ETA. After contacting them about this, they changed their website this morning to make it look like there was notice on there that it would be backordered until October, which is very deceptive of them. There was not notification when I ordered the part that it would not be available until October.

    Customer ordered  the product when he knew it was on backorder. We let them know it will not be in until October. If you go on our website you clearly see it is on back order. We do not give refunds on clutch parts.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
