      Terrible service after purchase. Applied nano protective coat without prepping the vehicle, and have overspray on all windows. Attempted a cheap fix and a windshield replacement. Took vehicle to a professional protective coating and they report it was done incorrectly and inadequate and will cost ********* to fix just the body. Vehicle had less than 1000 miles when applied. They even scratched the hood trying to fix the incorrect application and still did not apply correctly or adequately. Have contacted the ** to intervene and assist with a resolution.

      On 7-13-2024 I went Jeff Wyler Columbus Auto Mall located at **** ****** *** ***** *********** **** *****. I decided to purchase a Passport Honda 2022. The payments were going to be 937.00 a month. When I started to drive home, I noticed the Passport was on empty for gas. I asked if anyone was going to be gas in it before I leave. The salesperson said if I came back on Tuesday, he would fill my tank half full. Well, on Tuesday 7-16-2024 I when I came back to dealership, I decided to take the vehicle back. I wanted to return it. I was told I could not do it only thing I could do is exchange for another vehicle. I spoke to the GM Ryan Six. I told him my personal situation and that I changed my mind and decided the payments were too high for me. He said I could only do exchange that is it because it has been within three days. 7-16-2024 While looking for vehicles I came across Jaguar F-PACE. I wanted to finance it. I was told the banks won’t finance me because my credit score is too low. The car is 20,000 and is 2017. I don’t know how much the financing would cost. I just purchased 2022 that is 35,000 plus financed for 40,000 grand total was around 78,000 after 78 months. On 7-13-2022. I was disappointment that Ryan Six had said that to the salesperson and gave that information to me, on 7-16-2024. I purchased Jeep Cherokee 2021. When I left, I was handed one set of keys and was told if I would want another fob to purchase it in parts department or somewhere else. I called parts department at Jeff Wyler and there was one fob part number **********. The cost was over $200.00 according to Matt from parts dept. I informed him I only received one key he said he has nothing do with it. I told him thank you and goodbye. Most places when you buy a new or used car you get two sets of keys. I was upset when I received only fob for my new used SUV.

      Lairs, avoid at all cost. Sent coupons from this specific location and they attempted NOT to honor it. Why send the email and waste my time, bait and switch is not ethical at all. Go elsewhere for service if you value your time and your vehicle.

      Deceptive practices, trade appraisal was false, indicating issues that were not present on my vehicle. Dealer accessories not included in internet price or on sticker of vehicle. Discussed price ( internet price ) over the phone prior to my arrival, buying vehicle based on that price. Sales associate stated it would be honored and even spoke with finance manager to confirm. Price was not honored and they insisted on charging me $5600.00 in dealer accessories, which I couldn't find anywhere ( website or sticker on vehicle ).

      Terrible dealer avoid at all costs. When i went to close the deal on our new corvette they added an additional $14,000 on top of sticker. No warning they were going to do that. They claimed it was a market rate adjustment because of the used car prices. Also when i asked them about the museum delivery they said they were not available based on a 2 year old email. They left it to me the customer to contact the museum and find out other wise. Stay Away

      I have been looking at trucks for a few months now just happened to get on Jeff Wyler Columbus **** location Website and found a 2022 ***** Silverado that I liked and it had a Wyler discount of $7011.00 and also $2000 in rebates. went to dealer and spoke with salesman and told him I will take the truck for that price so he went and talked to the sales Manager and came back and said they made a mistake. said if I was serious about the truck they would give it to me for the msrp price. I looked on there Website again two days later and they are still advertising it for the lower price if they made a mistake they should have fixed it already this feels like a bait and switch just to get people in the door and take advantage of them. Over the years I have bought several vehicles from them but I guess that doesn't matter anymore. just want people to be aware of the scheme they are doing!

      It is disheartening and infuriating when sales reps use deceptive practices to get people in their doors! We had contacted a sales rep of **** Wyler in Columbus about the availability to see and test drive a vehicle listed online. We were told it was at another location in ********** area but they could get it there that night. When we questioned their ability to have it in Columbus that night, restating our location, day and time. The sales rep. reassured us it was possible (We also tried to call the number the sales rep gave us but they did not answer). Once we arrived at **** Wyler, **** Wyler met us at the door and pointed us to the rep we spoke with earlier. After introductions, the rep said the vehicle wasn't there. After expressing our dismay, reviewing our text conversation and stating we felt deceived. The rep "apologized" and said there wasn't anyway they could get the vehicle there that day. He said they would bring it from their other store only once we "punched some numbers, came to an agreement " and had "financing lined up" without test driving or seeing it in person! They did say we were welcome to drive an additional 3 hrs (from our home) to test drive at the other dealership in **********! We excused ourselves and said we were not interested in doing business with them. The sales rep asked for us to wait until he spoke with the sales manager in case he could somehow "make an arrangement". After introductions and reviewing the situation, the manager pulled up the conversation then said, "I can see where the misunderstanding occurred. This happens at least 3 times/week" I'd think if this "misunderstanding" occurs that frequently then you had better check your practices! If this is how **** Wyler conducts business and approves of these practices, I would not do business with them. These are actions of a business without integrity!
