    Entered by BBB staff ** Consumer paid the contractor $4532.00 9/24/24 to fix the siding on her home after the tornado in the area. He was paid but he never came back out. She has tried calling but cannot get a hold of him.

    This contractor was supposed to fix my leaking roof but it's still leaking. I paid him $2899.08 and I am asking for my money back since the roof wasn't fixed. The roof was fixed the beginning of May in 2022. I inherited the house and have never been a home owner and think because of that I was taken advantage of.

    The client (Ms. ******) was given a repair for a flat roof that needed to be replaced. The client (Ms. ******) was made aware of her damages. Then, expressed she was unable too replace the roof due to the financial hardship. She, (Ms. ******),at this time, agreed too only repair said issue. We preformed the repair to the best of our ability, once again, expressing the entire area needed to be replaced. We closed the job with no other obligation to the ******’s or there property.

    I would like to say that rain is still falling through my roof causing more in house damage, therefore my allegations are that Mr W***** did not do a professional job and has done bad Faith business with me, so I will be asking him for a full refund of $2,899 so that I can repair my roof correctly sincerely ****** ******

    6-27 BBB talked to Mr. W*****.  His work was not under warranty because they suggested a replacement roof.  She could not afford to replace the roof because of a high deductible.  He was helping her out.

    I am sending you notification that I reject the resolution of such matter. My resolution to the solution would be that Mr W***** return all of the $2,899 back to me , due to him doing bad faith business. I would also like to mention that all the pictures that I have sent to BBB displays the bad work that has been done regarding the leaking from my roof therefore is the reason why I'm asking for the 2899 so I can begin to repair the water leaks that Mr W***** allegedly said that he did that he did not allegedly.
