  They told me they would be here at 9:00 was over 2 hours late never called me.They got here after a hour went to lunch hung outside most of the time,did trim cut it wrong fidnt even go to floor broke my wall,scratched my ceiling up,was here 3 days in a row paid them all the money was suppose to be back a 4th day never showed up.His son that came has been in prison for 2 years he even asked me if he could stay after I went to work I said no thank god but they cheated me as they never finished the work

  I did the original bid on 12/14/22, the job was scheduledfor 1/13/23. That morning ******* ******** messed up the paint order. They gave us flat paint instead of low luster. My son had to go to 2 different s.w to get paint. We called her at 8:30 that morning. I will send follow-up email with screen shot of phone call. The customer booked the job for friday,and Saturday because she worked 2nd shift. I told her it would take 2 days to finish. When the crew got there she told them they had to leave at 1:30 because she had to go to work. She then added on other work to job. Removing cove base in bathroom,and fixing 2 walls that other painters messed up. We also put new base trim in bathroom,after doing wall repair. As for crown molding she had purchased the wrong type of crown molding. It would not fit with the trim that went from floor to ceiling. It was also a foam type crown that we could not get to mixer correctly. My crew worked Saturday, and Sunday to finish job for her. She was told to contact me when she got the correct size crown. On Monday after noon she called me at 3:30 to ask where crew was. I told her another job. She became rude. I told her I could schedule them to come finish job,she said no,that they were suppose to be here now. We have a set schedule to get jobs done. We did not tell her we would be there Monday at 3:30, we thought see had to be at work,since we had to leave at 1:30 Friday. We also took money off since crown molding wasn't done. We charged her $30 less than original bid, even after doing extra work for her. She had no complaints about other work. The reason they went outside alot was because we did the trim cutting outside. We feel bad for her since we were the 3rd painting company she had to hire to get job done. We at this time do not want to go back to a hostile work place. In short we charged her less,and did more work than scheduled.

  They did alousy job my walls have dripped paint spots everywhere did not even put a second coat when you wipe wall paint comes right off they got paint everwhere,they scratched up my ceiling in utility room.They cracked my wall inability room where trim is Did not paint  paint all of the bathroom said they couldn't
