    We have always used Bob’s plumbing heating and air conditioning ELC for years however the company was recently passed down to Bob’s son. About two years ago I had some work done on my well and he replaced it financially was in a tough spot and he did help me out allowing me to make payments, which I did pay in full but took me longer than expected. I communicated to them that I felt something was not quite right and asked them if they could come out and take a look at it. They never returned out. I called last week Monday asking if they would come out to take a look because sediment is continually being sucked into, our softener and causing other issues and problems for our plumbing. We have not had a return call and I am now looking elsewhere. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

    AMAZING service as always! No issues scheduling, very professional. Nick is patient, kind, and educates the customer on what to do after an issue is resolved. They are as honest as can be. We had a delivery person come out and tell us that we needed new valves and that we had mold issues which of course worried us. Nick said no need for that type of investment replacing valves everything was fine no mold it was detergent build up. That is what we look for in a company, honest, and quality of work. Thanks Nick your awesome!
