    This place is a fraud. JanPro is a broker for cleaning services. They do not actually employ the cleaning crews they send out. Instead, they send contracted local independent cleaning people who are not reliable or accountable. We sent an email to Dan W****** to cancel service after battling with poor performance and their "cleaning people" sporadically showing up for two years. Requested that he call to discuss several times with no phone calls. They then sent us to collections demanding $2500 for balance left on contract. We were then told that per the contract, we had to send a certified letter giving 30 days notice. That is absurd when the termination was due to breech of contract on their end. This balance was not for services rendered. We had paid for all the services that they claim were rendered. Most of which were either no shows or an unacceptable job. BUYER BEWARE.
