  We initially loved our bathroom remodel. Two years later tiles are cracking, wood is separating and the tub is leaking into the basement (probably since initial install) due to being offset. No one from company wants to come look at it or will return calls since it has been two years. I surely wouldve thought a costly remodel wouldve lasted longer than that!

  Complete rear door frame repair and replacement. From the first contact Refreshing Renovations was attentive. We scheduled an evaluation appointment, and Christopher was extremely thorough when he performed it. Other evaluations didn't come close. Even though the estimate was more than others I chose to hire Refreshing Renovations. From the start of the repair, the carpenters explained their step-by-step process and based on what they may find after removing the old frame it may add to the cost. They did uncover some additional repair needs and explained what they were and how they would repair them. Once completed they explained the additional charges and that the home office would send me the final invoice. I believe the carpenters did quality work and more importantly, cared about their work. I think their work will last longer than the original. I will hire them to do my front door.

  We used Refreshing Renovation to do a kitchen and family room remodel. Greg and his team were great to work with through the whole process. With any renovation there is bound to be unexpected issues, but Greg and team would always come with a solution that would look good and stay in the budget. They would always say "we want to make you happy" and then would deliver. I would highly recommend Refreshing Renovations.

  Greg and his highly skilled team did a fantastic job with our custom, and fairly tricky, shower project in an older house. Their attention to detail, precise skills, and good taste in all the decisions along the way added up to a safe, beautiful, easy-to-maintain shower that harmonizes perfectly with an existing bathroom. Highest rating -- really worth it.

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Jason came out and spoke with us multiple times in person to help us decide what we wanted to do for finishing our basement and bathroom. He presented us several options and was always so nice to work with. We had never had a big job like this done before and we are so happy we went with this company. Every single person who came through was trustworthy, efficient, and friendly. It was a pleasure working with these guys Billy, Cody and Frank were here most often and were such genuine guys to have in our space working their butts off to give us exactly what we wanted! Thank you all so much for giving our family such a wonderful addition to our home.

  We are so excited to tell you about our new room addition! Last year it was only a dream; today it is a reality! Through the painstaking and continuous work through cold, rain, wind, snow and heat our new sunroom addition took shape. It became a beautiful room through the devoted work of a group of men from Refreshing Renovations. We could not be happier with the result of their care and labor! With an eye for detail and a willingness to listen to our ideas and all of our questions as the work progressed, the crews completed our new room in less than three months!   I cannot express how grateful we are for this team! They were AMAZING from start to finish. So clear on the plan, thorough, kept us up to date day to day on the processes, and were so kind and thoughtful coming in and out of the house. We felt “in the loop” with every step of the project and were updated daily. They finished our basement for us in record time before our second baby is due, and we could not be more thankful for their diligent hard work. We LOVE how everything turned out and couldn’t of asked for a better team to complete this project. 10000/10, you need to hire these guys!

  These guys fit us into their tight schedule to ensure we had our basement finished before our new baby was going to be born. They even finished ahead of schedule! And when we ran into a snag for the baby’s room they stepped up and took care of getting us carpet for the nursery as well! Even our daughter would get excited to see the workers coming and going. These guys were organized and communicated every step of the way. I would use them over and over again for any remodeling needs!

  Jason was great to work with throughout the entire process of adding a bathroom to our basement. The bathroom looks great, they were able to stay within our budget and complete within the given timeframe.
