      I wish I could leave zero stars. We arrive for my son‘s birthday and the venue was not open. Strike one. One of the employees who was “watching the kids“ had his face buried in his phone the entire time and would not attend to any of the customers, namely the CHILDREN in the room. He was sitting there basically being paid to do nothing. And no that is not an exaggeration. He had his smart phone out the entire time with his face fixated on videos and texts. He did not care. Strike two. We were charged $350 but then our pizza was 50 minutes late in a two hour party. This meant that the pizza got to our party room with 10 minutes to spare in our time slot. The party room attendant while very nice, did not do much of the work… my wife and I did. This venue ended up compensating us $30 for the price of the pizza. To be truthful the other $320 that we were charged was for them to basically do nothing. We brought this to their attention and they defended their every action. Basically it’s they said they’ve done all that they were willing to do they had our money and would not give it back. Strike three. This is completely dishonest and unacceptable. Run, Jump and Play has completely lost my business and I will make sure that everyone I know knows to avoid this venue. I’ve been in the service industry most of my career and at no point was any extra effort made by the staff to make things better or to go out of their way.
