They had me have my van tolled to them. My van needed work done on it. It took them 2 weeks to contact me. They said that they could fix it for 1,500. They then started adding for things that needed fix but they never ask me. They did this without my consent. I never received a written statement from them. Receipts or a list of what they fixed. They claim that they bought a new battery which I had just bought a new one last year. They are refusing to give me Receipts or a list of items that they fixed on my van. They have blocked me from me calling them. They had my van for about a little over a month. I picked up the van on 04/17/24. Drove it straight home. The next day I took the van to put gas in it. It started to act up the wheel locked on me while driving. It was starting to overheat, and I turned it off right away. Started it back up and while driving it back to my house. The gas pedal would go down but very hard to get it going. It was trying to roll back. Also when they got it my heater and Ac was working. Now it's not. I tried discussing this with him because everything he said he fixed was not done. My van is still the same.

Lady called and asked if she could have her car towed to my house and if I would put brakes and a couple parts on it. I said I would.

Car was towed to me from a shop with a quote from them which was not normal. The tow truck driver told me good luck with this one.

The invoice had a huge list of things that needed to be replaced. Everything was replaced plus more.

She drove the car until all the pads were gone and half of the backing plate which caused all the calipers to be bad. Three calipers totaled to 180$ that she was not charged for.

After trying to charge her battery it would not take a charge. She said she had no money. I spent 139$ of my own money so that way I could get her car off of my property.

Her alternator was bad to but she made it clear that she was not interested in paying for the battery and I can't continue to put money into her car for her.

The fact of the matter is she towed it to my house I replaced brakes, rotors, oil filter housing, thermostat, oil change , and coolant.

While replacing the brakes she needed calipers because of poor maintenance and drove well past the life of the pads and the backing plates.

I replaced the calipers for free. The. Bought her a battery. I lost money on the entire job.

She thinks that I am responsible for fixing her entire car when she has no money. I fixed her entire car for free plus bought her a battery and she is literally trying to get more out of me.
