I was contracted to have a master bath remodel completed in June 2022. We ordered the needed supplies and paid the 1/2 down. He never contacted me for the scheduled start date. When I contacted him he relayed that his worker had COVID, so we delayed. Even when I managed to get a solid start date, no one ever arrived to do the work. After over a year over never showing up and delaying the job I threatened to sue for the full amount. He returned all but $1500 in August 2023. I was later contacted by the courts as he declared bankruptcy. I did not receive any additional refunds. Do not trust this man or any company he starts.

Stephen Harm, owner of this business is not to be trusted. Contracted with his company in October 2021 to remodel our master bathroom. He indicated that it would take 6 weeks to complete. After over 10 months, he still had not completed the remodel. He did not obtain the required permits for the type of work being performed from the county. He stopped showing up after the county presented him with a notice of violation. He demands half of the money up front, but does not use the money for your project. He does not answer the phone, and texting is the only means of communication. He will not tell you the truth. He has excuses for everything. He has no employees, just workers he pays by the day. He does not visit jobsite to check the quality of work being done by his workers. He does not provide the quality of equipment and materials as promised. He never finished my remodel. I had to finish the bathroom remodel myself, paying other contractors to fix his mistakes, as well as having to purchase many things that he had been paid for but never delivered. I sued him in civil court and he admitted total liability, and I was awarded a large dollar judgement against him by the court, however, Stephen Harm refuses to pay the court ordered judgement against him, even though he admitted liability in court. Bottom line, STAY AWAY FROM Stephen Harm if you value your money and your sanity.
