    On 10/2/2024, this company came to my home to trap a raccoon that was seen climbing up to my roof. The technician looked at the chimney and considered placing unsecured chimney caps in the even that a raccoon was in the chimney but decided to secure them. They were certain that raccoons were getting in through the chimney, so I had to ask twice for them to check the attic, as I had heard noises from the third floor. Raccoon droppings were found in the attic, and they then put a ladder on that side of the house. They leaned the ladder against the gutter and bent it and set a trap over the hole. When I asked about a burning smell, they advised that they had lit a fire in the chimney base in the basement but said the fire was out. They lied and stated that the chimney door had been loose and propped closed with a wire shelf, but the door was rusted shut until they broke it open. I had to have a new chimney door made. Later that evening the carbon monoxide detector went off. I was not home, so the fire department had to force the side door open and damaged the door. The basement was hazy, and the house was smoky. Creosote from the chimney fell to the bottom, and red embers remained the next day. They never asked me to light a fire, and doing so in a chimney that was not cleaned could have set my house on fire. I do not trust the quality of the work they did perform, but the owner refused to refund the $900 for the trap and chimney caps, and he refused to describe how their insurance company would resolve the issue of the damaged door.

    I paid this company $125.00 in cash on September 3, 2024 to exterminate wasps on my property. They sprayed the area. I asked if they would come back and spray again if there were still wasps. He said yes. He was at my place for no longer than 15 minutes.
    I called this company back on September 6, 2024 because there were still wasps. He said he would try to send someone out that day. No one came.
    I called again on September 9, 2024 and said there were still wasps. He said he would send someone out. No one came.

    I contacted the company because a bird had flown in one of the roof vents and became trapped in a wall. The company said they would charge me $600 to install three cages over the roof vents. Two were installed and the third was on back order. A week later, it was still on back order. Two weeks later, I texted the company and said that if the cage was still on back order, to cancel it and refund me the $200. No response. A few days later, I tried again. No response. A week after that, I tried again. No response, although I can see that my texts have been read.
    At this point, I don't care about the third vent cage, I would just like a refund for the incomplete job.
