    I bought a Perfect Flush Toilet Kit 70-307 made by Plumbcraft. It is supposed to be universal but is three inches shorter than the one that was in our standard toilet and it is below the water line of the tank so it won't fit. I called customer service about 5 times and no one answers during business hours and a message says the mailbox is full. I have emailed the company six times on their website and the website says I will get a response "shortly" and get no response from any human.

    Consumer states her sprayer head on her faucet needs to be replaced and the business is supposed to replace it for free but she has been trying to reach the business for 3 weeks and no one returns her calls. She has also sent messages via their website and has not gotten a response.

    I am having problems with the product while still under warranty. They refuse to return calls or emails.

    I purchased the Leaksmart Hub, Value and Sensor to monitor my home for water leaks when I am away. The product has a serious problem in that it will disconnect from the internet after only a couple of days, making the product useless. I have tried to contact both customer and technical support for 4 months with no reply. I finally wrote a letter in December asking how I can return the product for a refund. I have not received any reply.

    I purchased a leaksmart system from this company 2 years ago. There is a 5 year warranty. A year ago, the valve and sensor failed. I called customer support who said they would send out a replacement. It has been a year, and have not received the replacement. Have placed over 3 dozen phone calls and emails to the company with no response. I do like the system (when it was working), but their customer support is horrible. Just want to get the replacement parts so I can fix the system.

    i placed above order and paid it in full on 10/14/2022 but i never recived items i ordered i tried calling and emailing LeakSmart/Waxman but no answer no reply, please send my items or full refund, thanks

    Kristie, It appears that the LeakSmart customer order was flagged internally and temporarily put on hold by mistake. Our LeakSmart customer service representative corrected the problem today and released the order to our shipping department.     I had this system installed when I purchased a new home. After 3 years and within the 5 year warranty period my Hub will not stay connected. I have tried for 2 weeks to contact them. Nobody answers their support or customer service lines. I tried contacting them by email and still no response. I also have contacted Waxman who is their parent company and also have not heard anything back. I would like to get my Hub replaced unless the problem lies with the server on their end.
