      Great experience with Platinum Garages! After gathering multiple quotes they were able to be very competitive with the pricing. The workers were top notch and on schedule as well. As a final note, customer service was always able to answer any question I had within the day! Would highly recommend.

      Platinum Garages was easy to work with and had great communication throughout the entire process. We had a complete garage tear down and rebuild and could not be happier with how it looks. We've already recommended them to friends and family.

      I only have great things to say about Platinum Garages. Everybody was awesome from the office to the crew. I had an old garage that was beyond recovery and needed it demolished, and this is what I wanted to replace it and it's perfect. All of them were great, quality work from start to ending. If I had a question, it was no problem, communication was great. My opinion you can't go wrong with Platinum Garages & Electrical, and I highly recommend them. Thank you all at Platinum Garages for your hard work, quality work, great communication and I hope only the best for you all!

      This was a great experience with a way better than expected result. There was constant communication with the main office and workers, so no surprises! Very experienced work and operations crew. Very helpful with suggestions and improvements that made a big difference without breaking our budget. No delays other than weather. Extremely happy with our garage and Platinum Garages. Highly recommend them!!

      I used Platinum Garges to build a two car garage and I'm pleased with my new garage. Although I had paperwork describing the process, there were questions and concerns as i witnessed the completion of the process. Nilsa was always responsive to all emails and phone calls. Questions were answered to my satisfaction and concerns were satisfactorily addressed. The garage appears to be built with qualify material and workmanship. I would recommend Platinum Garages.

      I recently had a garage built, and while I am highly satisfied with the overall look and quality of the construction, the process was frustrating due to poor communication and delays. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the finished product exceeded my expectations in terms of design and durability. However, the lack of communication throughout the project significantly detracted from the experience.
      I constantly had to reach out to the office to ask what was happening next and when the upcoming dates would be. There was little to no proactive communication, leaving me feeling like I was managing the project instead of the company. On top of that, there were repeated delays that were not clearly explained, adding unnecessary stress to the process.
      While the final result is great, I would only recommend this company if they improve their communication and scheduling practices. With better client updates and a more organized approach, their work could truly stand out in all aspects.
      5/5 for construction, quality, and options
      2/5 for communication

      Platinum Garages was an absolute pleasure to work with from initial design work through final installation. The office manager Nilsa is knowledgeable, timely and has great communication throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend Platinum Garages if you’re considering replacing or adding a garage to your property.

      Absolutely amazing business. I had 1 car demolished and 2-1/2 car build by Platinum and they nailed it. From star to finish flawless. Daily updates, quality materials and top notch workmanship. Highly recommend.
