      Every year is something different with Duncan Oil. This year was the last straw. They sent us a notice that they are going to start charging a $249.99 tank lease fee if we do not use a minimum 800 gallons a year. We used around 200 gallons last year. They are also adding a "hazmat" fee, which they failed to provide the amount of this fee. We decided to change our suppliers because of these additional fees. We get a new supplier and call Duncan to remove their propane tank. We were told they would have to call us back with the fee for pumping out the propane that is currently in the tank. When they did call back, they informed us they were going to charge us $300 to remove the propane that is currently in the tank. What kind of BS is that? I have never been charged by any company to remove propane from the tank. They are just money hungry and are determined to get that extra money one way or another. We are now more determined than ever to get rid of Duncan Oil. Furthermore, we will never get gas or spend a penny at their Road Dog gas stations either.
