Very responsive and super efficient. They came out in a very timely manner and did a wonderful job installing insulation at my business. Would definitely recommend to anyone! 10 out of 10!

We recently moved into a new house and called Pro Safe Insulation to inspect our attic and see what needed to be done! We picked this company because of the great reviews and had an amazing experience! Jeff was able to come to our house within a week. He was extremely friendly, great at explaining everything thoroughly and gave us multiple options. We were also able to use the Centerpoint Energy rebate program and they handled all of the details for us! The day we insulated our attic, the team was on-time and did a quick, clean job. That same night, we noticed that our baby's room, which never gets above 68 degrees, was at 73 degrees! We could not believe the results! It was the best money we have spent on our home so far. Attic is typically 40% of energy loss when not up to energy recommendation. Pro-Safe removed my old insulation, sealed the attic, and blew in new cellulose insulation. It was a 2-day process. Jeff’s crews were very friendly, professional, and cleaned up when done each day. I was happy with the job and the price. I would definitely recommend this company!!Pro-Safe Insulation

Excellent experience from first contact to completion of the work. Actually call in advance to let you know what they’re going to do, when they’re going to do it, and when they’ll arrive. Impressed that Barry, whose quite experienced in the insulation business as well as with ProSafe, headed-up my job along with 2-talented mates. No hesitation showing me what & where they were installing & then showing me the finished product. Jeff, the owner, provides a personal touch calling me to explain their credit card policy, then following up to gage my level of satisfaction. This company knows what they’re doing, then do what they say they’re going to do! Refreshing - a pleasure to do business with. Now true test will be weather my house is warmer & my natural gas bill lower. So far, I highly recommend ProSafe!Pro-Safe Insulation

I worked with the owner, an estimator named Kevin and Will the installer along with his helper. Every one of them were knowledgeable, professional, clean, and very comfortable to work with. I have very difficult issues with my old home and they were happy to point to any resource to help do the best within my budget. I did use an energy auditor,Wendell, that they recommended and he was just awesome. All of it was money well spent and I would recommend them for an assessment and insulation needs.Pro-Safe Insulation

My family can rest easy now thanks to Pro Safe Insulation. We had a ventilation issue in the attic of our two-story 2200 ft.² home. Our attic was sweating for over a decade and developed mold/mildew. We needed a new roof due to sagging decking that was caused by excess heat in the attic. We also needed the attic treated by environmental specialist to remove any leftover mildew. Before that could happen the insulation had to be vacuumed out and then new insulation put back in by Pro Safe Insulation. They also sealed off all areas in the attic where heating and cooling could escape. It’s hard to explain the night and day difference the insulation and sealing has made. The warm/cool air from our HVAC system feels much less harsh. It’s not running as often and the house just feels straight up cozy is the best way I can explain it. We’re able to keep the thermostat turned down by several degrees and it stays so much more comfortable than before. The house also feels like it has soundproofing upstairs. It’s like we went from a 15 year old broken down Kia automobile to a brand new Lincoln. The owner of Pro Safe Insulation, Jeff, was extremely kind and so helpful during what seemed to be an issue that couldn’t be remediated. He took care of things like making sure we got a rebate from an energy supplier and also got CenterpPoint Energy out and they installed a FREE new Wi-Fi thermostat on the same day as the insulation install due to meeting energy requirements with the work being done. Jeff also recommended an incredible roofing company (Entrust Roofing) that got the ball rolling on our 3 stage repair process from 3 different companies. The new technology of insulation is a game changer, so I highly recommend Pro Safe Insulation. A huge thank you to Jeff and his crew for taking good care of us.Pro-Safe Insulation

Whole process was smooth. Jeff came to the house and explained what could and could not be done. Figured out what was best for the house and the he gave me a fair estimate. When the day came, the crew showed up when expected and got to work. 3 trucks and about 6 hours later, insulation was installed, cleaned up and crew was gone. Crew was very polite and actually seemed to have fun while working. Good experience overall. Can't wait for winter to see how much it helps.Pro-Safe Insulation
