    Flood at our home August 2022. Greater Dayton Construction Group cleaned up and dried out professionally. Excellent.

    Then we selected them to do the rebuild (drywall, flooring, a shower). We hoped to have the rebuild done by Christmas since we spend time in SC in winter.

    We are still waiting for work to BEGIN. I have called recently for a start date, but get no specific response -- and no follow-up phone calls to get the job going. Frustrating.

    We have contacted the homeowner and scheduled a preconstruction meeting for 6/19/23. At that time, we will provide a schedule of work to be performed and we will start the repairs the week of 6/19/23.

    Greater Dayton was hired to do an insurance claim on my house to repair vynal siding that was damage in a fire when job was completed. I the home owner advised the employee’s to leave the old siding because I was giving it to my neighbor. He put it in his yard. Greater Dayton went on to property without consent from home owner and took the siding. I called Greater Dayton multi time was informed they would return it to my neighbor but have yet to recice it.

    lines of communication for the homeowner’s request were slower on our part then
    the actual cleanup of the project site. We have since reached out to the
    homeowner and scheduled a drop off of some siding material from another project.

    I used greater Dayton construction for an insurance claim but they never finished the job, I tried reaching back out on multiple occasions to request that they finish the job but they never did. I simply request that this not happen to another individual and that their rating be considered.

    We would like to start by apologizing for the lack of follow
    up on the part of our company. That’s not the way we have grown our company
    over the 30 plus years in business. Our company’s goal with every customer is
    to have a customer for life. We failed here and we would like the opportunity
    to rectify any issues. ***** *****, the division manager, will be contacting
    ***** ****** to see what issues we can address. The resulting actions on our
    part will be scheduled in a timely manner at the convenience of our customer.
