    Something has got to change. Below is the description of the experience I had this morning at your store... I have been a regular customer at this location since it was established, but recently there seems to have been a "changing of guard," so to speak, with new management. This morning is a great example of the rudeness and pettiness I have witnessed there since new management took over... I placed an order for some drinks, waited in an EXTREMELY long line, which wrapped around and all the way out of the parking lot, and then was told that my Apple Wallet Starbucks card with $109.95 on it was "not working" when they scanned it. Try and try as they might, they could not, for some reason, get the glitch out. The manager came over and informed me that the drinks would be thrown in the trash because the only payment method I brought with me was my $109.95 Starbucks card (silly me for assuming their scanner/computer would work). I asked if we could simply have the drinks since they were being thrown out. In spite of the fact that i have been a loyal customer there since the store was built and in spite of the fact that the technological error was on their part, she said that they would throw the drinks away, rather than give away "product" - like they are drug dealers or something ridiculous with that phrasing. I asked what the difference was if they were giving away the "product." The manager then closed the window on me as she said "goodbye." Needless to say, I will not be returning to this Starbucks until it is under different management. I would advise you to just go down the street to Dunkin Donuts instead. Don't reward bad management. There are other options for coffee.
