Called about buying a car. At first on the phone they told me 2500 for my 2014 ******** **** cla 250, the trade in value their website told me was 7300. When i brought that up they said there was a mistake and it was valued at 7400 trade value. I then drove 110 miles to make the deal and was told “my engine was about to go out.” Because while crouched down next to engine you could hear the car idle. The car is on and not electric i would hope you could hear it running if not then there is a issue… mind you i just had 9700 dollars of work done ti the engine 4 months ago so i know for a fact everything is working as it should. When i confronted the appriser about the claim his remark was “are you a mechanic?” I replied no and requested my keys so that i could leave. My father was a auto body man for 25 years. I grew up in body shops, although im not a mechanic i know my way around a car very well. After leaving i went to a local dealership not far from my house and was told nothing was wrong with my car and that they would give me the 7000 i wanted in trade value. The vehicle that Jeff Wyler said was a HOT car is still sitting in their lot and they screwed themselves out of a sale by trying to take advantage of someone. I fulling believe they knew nothing was wrong with the car they just thought because i drove so far that i would cave and let them scam me out of my car at the lowest of low deals. 1000/10 will NEVER return to Jeff Wyler and advise all others to do the same

We apologize for your experience. We understand the inconvenience of driving that far to purchase a vehicle that you have not seen, touched, or driven as well as trading in a vehicle that we have not done the same with. While you were here our appraiser took your vehicle to our Service Manager and he confirmed the engine issues that were speculated when appraised. We fully understand that another dealership may not catch that problem however. We do still have the vehicle for sale and now that you have sold yours for what you felt it was worth, we would love to earn your business and as a token for our appreciation, I would deliver it to you for free. If you still do not wish to do business with us I will mail you a gas card to compensate you for your travels here.

Purchased a vehicle on September 7th and then they never sent me a memorandum title. Called the title office several times to find out why and never got an answer more meaningful than "I don't know", which I know for fact is a lie because after I called the attorney general's office on them I had it the next day. November 25th I finally got plates. 79 days. Pretty sure they're legally required to do it in 30.I will never set foot on this property again.I will be telling everyone who will stop long enough to listen to me repeat this story to shop elsewhere for their vehicles.I have filed a complaint with the attorney general. The only reason I haven't brought a private lawsuit to them is because I'm tired of thinking about these people every day.

They tried to pay me a gift card to give them 5 stars. Not on your life. I just read reviews on the BBB. I didn't realize I could leave a review here!! I purchased a new car here last year and was told they would only run my credit through 2 places because I already had a credit union I was working with. The salesperson lied to me and allowed them to run it (several times) I was NOT HAPPY. The reviews on here are some of what I experienced. I tell everyone about what happened and to not shop here. Once you purchase, they don't want to talk to you! I called and advised the Sales Manager, and the salesperson told him it wasn't his fault someone else ran it. It was his responsibility to make sure my credit wasn't run through the coals because he made the agreement! The manager in ****** never returned my calls so I drove down there. So, if you plan on dealing with this dealership just know they have lied to me as well. I could never get a call back. I took my other car in to have a ****** sensor put in., The battery died so they pushed it and there were all these dirty fingerprints on the top of my roof inside. You could see where the material was frayed from them trying to clean it. So, they return calls fast if they are still trying to sale. If the sale is completed, they do not return calls. I called and made several complaints they don't care!!!! The manager of ****** never followed up. I called and went in several times. I'm purchasing another car this time cash and it won't be with (these people) that have lied to me to get a sale OR a dealership that is done with me once I have signed. I wouldn't have had to call back if I wasn't done like that. I just like the other complainant/told my credit was lower? Its ok, I learned a ****** this place has zero accountability for a consumer. Let this be a warning to others to believe the reviews posted of problems you may face. No RESPONSE NEEDED. I just want others to see the aggravation I went through purchasing here.

My wife was having issues with her brake lights on her 2016 *** ******** Upon calling her I told her to take it to the *** Dealership to look at it to fix issue. When talking to her they told her that it was necessary to have the diagnostic test to find the issue, the Diagnostic test was $187 , on top of that they charged $40 labor oh, and the $16 for the lights that were the actual problem, so basically for the dealership to change two rear brake bulbs they charged her $285 altogether. They simply got her to agree to the charges by telling her they were simply needed to fix the problem, when in all reality, two $8 light bulbs and the ten minutes to switch them out was all that was needed, I will no longer be using any of Jeff Wylers auto group, after speaking with the service manager and him completely disregarding my concerns with the service and how they took advantage of my wife I would advise all families not to take your car to any of these dealerships and since they took straight advantage of my wife and are not willing to correct the problem I would advise you never send your wife, mom, sister or any woman to their service departments! They have no honor or integrity, if they did they would have refunded the diagnostic fee!

I am truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with our service facility. We strive to ensure that every client receives the best possible experience at all of our dealerships, and I regret that we did not meet that standard in your case.On November 13th, we attempted to reach the primary contact number on file for your spouse's service account. Although we were unable to make direct contact, we left a message acknowledging the billing error and requesting a call back for address verification. When we did not receive a return call, I directed our accounting department to issue a refund check for $192.10, which will be sent to the address we have on file. While I understand that a financial refund cannot fully compensate for a negative experience, I hope it serves as a gesture of our regret over the situation.Should you require any further assistance or have any questions, please dont hesitate to reach out. We would be happy to help in any way we can Sincerely,****** Westrage Fixed Operations Manager Jeff Wyler Eastgate

Absolutely horrible service. I have a *** that has engine issue, shocker right, they have had it for 4 weeks and have not even looked at it yet. Won’t provide a loaner or rental as it’s not covered till they start the process with *** which they refuse to do. I’ve tried calling multiple times left messages requested a call and they will not respond. Avoid at all cost. We have a 2nd new *** with issues we can’t even get in cause they are so behind.

Vehicle was towed in 8/26/2024. It has not been diagnosed however will be diagnosed by 9/25/2024. Engine diagnosis quote is currently 2-4 weeks, which is the same for any Kia dealer currently. Per Kia we are unable to provide a rental vehicle until Kia authorizes engine replacement. The advisor Jerri has been in communication, less Friday 9/13 when she was out sick, which we have in MyKaarma.

I told the salesman, Jerr W, I would not pay for any additional dealer applied options. I wrote it on a piece of paper and handed it to him while we were discussing price. He came back with $5,400 of totally useless dealer applied options. I could not have been more clear. They could have not been more insulting. Total waste. The options are a scam. Scam. Scam. I will never return.

Explained that we are obligated to offer it, but he is not obligated to buy. If there was a problem with paint 6 months down the road and assistance was declined, protection plan not purchased and we did not present to the customer, then the onus would be on the dealership. We always present available products, some that buyers may not even be aware are available. Buyers do not have to purchase. We would be remiss if we did not at least present all options.

Your salesman and sales manager treated me like an idiot. Im a senior and you were trying to scam me with undesirable options. $5400 I told the salesman I would not pay for any dealer applied options. I wrote it in a piece of paper and gave it to him ************ Yet they still added $5400 in options. I can tell you clearly its a way to scam seniors.

Their service department is a joke. Had my truck for over a week and told me it was normal for it to clang from 2nd to 1st gear. My local dealer fixed it in 1 day

It's a shame, really. My sales rep, Paige B********* was great, but the service manager absolutely ruined my experience by utterly refusing to take care a safety issue that Haley & Paige had promised me they would take care of. I live over 90 miles away and returned to this dealer for the service I was promised. The service manager was a horrible jerk and said the safety issue would have to be taken care of at my OWN expense, $500 - wow! Do not rely on these people to honor their word!!

I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience regarding your recent visit. After speaking with our Used Car Manager, I understand there may have been some miscommunication regarding the repair options for your concern. It appears that a repair was offered for the issue with your sun visor. However, you elected not to have it completed, as you preferred a complete replacement of the part. We are more than happy to move forward with the repair should you choose that option. However, please note that a full replacement would be your responsibility. Please let us know how you would like to proceed, and we will ensure your concerns are addressed promptly.Thank you for your understanding.***************************** Fixed Operations Coach ************

Your response is incorrect. I asked that the durable plastic visor hook bar be re-glued securely into the durable plastic piece inside the visor, to which it is ordinarily attached & where it should not ordinarily come apart. Your Used Car Manager refused to do so, instead insisting that he would charge me $500.00 for a complete replacement part, which was clearly overkill & not necessary. Having a visor come apart where is should NOT and fall in my face when I'm driving is startling, and a hazard issue. I clearly described the problem prior to returning to your auto mall. The re-glue attachment solution was offered to me prior to my arrival (again, I live over 90 miles away), along with the other reattachment/key fob repairs the vehicle needed, all the rest of which were completed, thanks to *****************************, without having to argue with anyone. Your Used Car Manager was a total jerk, argumentative, *****, and unhelpful. He could have graciously taken care of the last item without insulting me. I got help with the glued reattachment elsewhere, a complete replacement part was NOT needed, but the TERRIBLE IMPRESSION OF YOUR COMPANY REMAINS!
