    DO NOT USE! I strongly recommend that homeowners avoid entering into a contract with ***************************************** Our project was expected to take approximately two weeks to compete but ended up taking three full months. Part of the issue, to be fair, was an incorrect order placed by Lowes; however, we had to literally contact this company MANY times, asking for them to come back and finish the job for which we had paid for in full.The **************************** is refusing to provide us with receipts for the materials that we paid for in our remodel. Initially, the owner, ****, told us over and over that the receipts would be coming soon. Now, he is refusing to provide them. I researched the cost of the materials used on our house and I know, for a fact, they cost significantly less than **** reported in the spreadsheets that he sent to us prior to the job beginning.Other problems included poor cleanup. We picked up hundreds of nails and screws from our yard that this company failed to remove. In addition, the shower they installed leaks water onto the floor with every shower. Also, the paint job in the primary bath was very poorly done. Finally, the company installed caps on our deck posts crooked, and failed to properly secure some of the posts. My five-year-old grandson nearly fell down the stairs because a cap came loose when he grabbed it.The owner texted me at 2:15 in the morning recently, upset that I dared post a ******** review. He was extremely hostile in referring to me in derogatory terms several times. He does not think it's appropriate for his former customers to voice their concerns about his work. There are better options out there, who will treat PAYING customers with more respect.
