      Avoid this business. They do not stand behind their product or guarantee against defective concrete. We purchased 65 yards of ready-mix concrete from Sidley through our contractor in late July - August 2021 to concrete our driveway. Our driveway cost $28,300. One section 10-yard section, or one 10-yard truckload, has over 100 pop-outs. This section is deemed defective, but Sidley refused to replace the defective concrete saying, "this section is fit for its intended purpose". We reiterated to them that this section does not look like the other 45 yards of concrete and is unacceptable. It is failing with new pop-outs every month. We demanded the defective concrete be replaced. Sidley refused to replace the defective section and won't take responsibility for the mistake. They only agreed to replace it after our contractor had heated words with a representative that works at Sidley for not taking care of this. After talking with several local people that previously purchased from Sidley, we discovered this business has been having quality issues for several years. We have family members and close friends who say that this is common knowledge among the local contractors.
