    I sign the application and pay 35 dollars like the told me to do. Is been a month and no answer. I called s many times and leave a message. They don't have an answer.

    Thank you for your feedback. While we understand the frustration that can come with waiting on an application decision, we would like to clarify that this situation was communicated multiple times directly to the applicant.
    Our team, including both myself and another staff member, spoke with the applicant on at least four separate occasions to explain that another application was already in process for the same unit. As is standard in rental housing, applications are processed in the order received, and we are unable to provide a final decision until the status of the existing application is resolved.
    We make every effort to keep applicants informed and updated throughout the process and regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
