      ***** Metro for almost a month has been not getting people to their destinations on time. And today was the final straw with them. I woke up to go to work and the #** bus did not even show up to pick us up at the ******** and ********** stop. I ended up getting shined and needing to get an Uber to take me to work. To make matters worse after work I needed to take #* home and the bus did not even get us to the station on time to catch the #** home. Buses being late has been an ongoing issue now for about 30 days. Buses also breaking down have been an issue. When people have to work and need the bus this is a serious issue. An attempt to contact customer service has been many times. And the bus is not improving. If people have the same issues I urge them to complain with the BBB as well if they see this.
