    In January I bought two Toasty Heaters plug-in heaters for just shy of $100 including shipping. By mid February one had failed. We then tried the second one which had a very weak stream. When I called Toasty Heaters, they said my heaters were outside the 30-day return period, so I could not return them. They would not stand by their products. I asked to speak with a manager, but he or she was "not available." This seems like an unreliable company with unreliable products. I see that they have seriously dropped their prices since I made my purchase. Perhaps buyers are reading reviews and have become aware that this product is not a wise purchase at any price.

    Bought one of these heaters for use in heating our camper based on their claim of it heating a large room quickly. It arrived and plugged it up in bathroom to check how well it works. Could feel warmth 4 inches from it. Left it running for 4 hours with no increase in room temperature. Contacted company and was offered a 50% discount. Told them Wanted a full refund. They said they would refund 50% and would refund balance upon return/receipt of the heater. Returned it with tracking, Contacted them letting them know that I know it was delivered. Was told the refund would begin and might take 7 to 10 days to clear bank. It has now been 14 days. After contacting them again I received ("We regret to inform you that we are currently experiencing an error in processing refunds from our end,"). This must be a stalling tactic hoping I will let it go. Don't know what you can do but any help is appreciated.

    AWFUL. Purchased as a Black Friday deal for my grandmother, mother, and self (for garage). These do not heat, one of the three never turned on. Black Friday to Christmas gift is >30 days, so despite my emailing regarding one not working, they say outside of their 30 day return policy. Completely unethical and all-around awful product. $120 I threw away, plus an awful, un-giftable Christmas gift.

    Bought two of these and they are an absolute joke. Basically did nothing. While i did finally get a refund, it was way too much work and effort to do so. Don't Buy

    Buyer Beware. This product is not usable - it doesn't stay in the outlet. I would give it zero stars if I could. . It falls out of all electrical outlets. Their customer service is less than satisfactory. It's hard to believe there are any good reviews for this product and I question the validity of the ones they share on their website. DO NOT BUY.

    Do not purchase this item! I purchased three of them November 21st. A few weeks later, I received an email stating my order was going be to a few weeks late. When I finally received the order (approximately six weeks after I purchased them), I tried them out. They did not work. I tried them for several days in different rooms. I never could get the rooms to the temperature I wanted. I sent an email to their customer service and didn't hear anything. I sent another one and received an email asking if I would keep them at half the cost. I responded no, that I just wanted to return them. I didn't hear back for a few days. I sent another email. Still, no response. It has not been five weeks since I sent the emails to request to return them and I have still heard nothing from the company. DO NOT BUY THEM. THEY DO NOT WORK. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU WHEN YOU NEED TO RETURN THEM. If I ever hear from them, they are probably going to tell me it has been longer than 30 days even thought my initial contact with them was less than two weeks after receiving the product.

    I bought this heater from their website. It does not heat up at all. Tried several times to return it and get a refund. In the beginning they tried to offer a 50% discount if I wanted to keep the heater. Since it did not work at all, I did not accept the discount and wrote to them that I wanted full refund. After that, they never wrote back and are not responding to any of my emails.Would like assistance from BBB to get my refund.Thanks

    I along with probably numerous others, saw an advertisement on a You Tube video showing a "Former Nasa Scientist" video ..about a man who supposedly designed a plug in heater that is "Easily portable without wires, this plug-in heater mounts directly to the outlet, doesn't take up much space, and makes your room more comfortable in seconds. They said it would “Slash energy bills by 30%!” (This vastly overstates any savings from running these units.) Fake 5-star review snippets like “My new favorite purchase!” (when its heating ability is mediocre at best) “50% off limited time deal!” (and other countdown timers or scarcity claims urging immediate purchase.) Showing people happily bundled up and warm near the heater – (when it can’t heat nearly that much area effectively.) I purchased and almost immediately regretted it and tried to cancel on New Year's Eve.. here is the letter I got back .. Thank you for contacting Toasty Heaters Your request (#****) has been updated.
