    Purchased an upholstery cleaner from Kenmore, the water tank was cracked. The warranty department filed a claim for me and I’ve yet to get the replacement part and it’s been almost 5 months. They keep telling me they are working on it but at this point I want the whole machine replaced.

    Purchased 3/11/2021 with 5 year warrantee, warrantee good through 3/11/2026
    Paid $238.55
    Called customer service, sent me to tech; both stated light on vacuum not a necessity.
    But it is, that's the reason I purchased this model, to see under the furniture.
    Light is shorting out and is dangerous because it's in the wiring not the bulb.
    Wiring IS covered under warrantee.....They refuse to replace or reimburse
    Vacuum is only a year old, shouldn't be this difficult.........
