    **** ******* was hired to remodel and make repairs on 2 of our rental properties. He stated that he had completed the work on 1 projected and demanded payment. He gave us a bid on another project and asked for 1/2 deposit. We paid **** in full on the prior project, which we discovered had not be completed as claimed, and we paid him the 1/2 deposit June 17th for the next project. **** took our money and took off. He will not answer our calls or reply to our emails and text. He has not returned our money.

    1/07/23 **** ******* was contracted to remove gutter, add fascia board, replace wood, add soffit, hang shutters and take a look at gutter in front of garage. **** ******* and his worker took the gutter off and rehung it but did not add any wood behind the gutter to attach it to which resulted in the same issue happening that he was contracted to fix. There was no wood behind the gutter or fascia board, he didn’t replace all of the soffit. There’s a hole where soffit is still missing. The shutters that were hung only have two screws and one has already fallen off. **** sent me pictures of the wood that needed to be replace in front of the garage, we agreed and he did it. He may have replaced the wood but it’s not long enough and is too wide for the garage. When we were able to look at the pictures we realized all of these things that weren’t done improperly. I contacted **** that evening to voice my concerns, he assured me he’d be out the next morning to make it right but after several excuses he never came. I tried to get him to come out and rectify the situation on several occasions with him ignoring me. It wasn’t until I became very short with **** that he finally responded but only to say he’d not be doing anything else for such an ungrateful customer.
